Our wonderful new yard is the perfect mix of peaceful tranquility and 5* training facilities and although it is our private yard, we happily welcome horses and riders wanting to share our fabulous set-up. We also welcome horses for training and schooling as well as rehabilitation and competing with proven competiton horses offered a discount for full and competiton livery. Katie is also available for teaching at home at Bury Hill as well as at your yard or venue.

Teaching 45min session at home (Bury Hill) - £20 45min session away (your yard or venue within 15 miles) - £25 It is possible for Katie to travel further for lessons or schooling but it may be necessary for distances further than 15 miles, to organise multiple lessons or a small traveling fee. Discounts We currently run discounts for clients with second horses with us for 7% of the livery price, this is up to £50 off the price of your second horse dependant on which package you require. We are also offering conciderable discounts for proven competition horses requiring full or competition livery - please ring for details.
Facilities Stables - Situated within the main barn, these are large and airy being 15'x18' Monarch loose boxes. The horses can all see each other for security but can also enjoy some privacy if they wish. The whole floor of the barn is rubberised and large doors at either end mean in the summer it is cool and breezy and when shut up in the winter, warm and cozy. Each stable also has a window looking out over rolling fields and the river and an auto drinker. Inside the barn is the hot wash box and solarium which is a separate bay with a hot and cold shower hose and a kylix solarium. The solarium is fully enclosed for safety and contains both Infra red and UV bulbs and can be raised and lowered for each individual animal.  The tack room and the toilet are also in the main barn and are both heated for the winter to keep tack and equipment in top condition. The tack room contains washing machines and tumble driers for equipment as well as butlers sink and tea and coffee making facilities, storage and of course tack! Secure steel door and alarm system keep everything safe. 25x45m all weather arena and set of poly and wooden jumps with planks, fillers, water trays etc Covered Monarch horse walker with either concrete or rubber floor, can be used in the worst of weathers and is very handy when the harshest weather prevents turn out. The paddocks are all post and railed with an electric strand on top and the large rolling fields look out down the bourne valley The whole complex is situated in the most peaceful and tranquil of countrysides and sits inside secure gates and fencing making it completly private and secure whilst providing a friendly relaxed atmosphere and superb facilities.
